Comment:  I think DPhiE has finally surpassed Phi Sig. They got some prettier girls this past fall and phi sig got some strange ones (both in looks and personality). DPhiE is transitioning. The young half is pretty decent but the older half is still kind of rough, awkward and strange. Overall a good chapter. It makes sense they promoted themselves like dz because dz is well liked for the most part. People shouldn't hate on them for that. Not the best yet, but almost there. Good job girls.
