Comment:  Upper middle tier house. The newer pledge classes have really turned the house around for the good. Actually started getting involved on campus , especially with their dog days philanthropy (about time they have an actual philanthropy). There's a lot of diversity in personalities within this house, which seems to be keeping them in middle tier. Overall they're improving and are on the rise.
