Comment:  While they may be considered "bottom tier," there's absolutely no denying that they have a fantastic sisterhood (I mean they won the award for it right?). I've heard a lot of frats say they'd much rather mix with Theta than a lot of the "top houses." Sure there are a few girls who give theta a bad rep, but all in all, great girls with great sisterhood (isn't that what being in a sorority is about?).
