Comment:  One word... BORING! I never see them on campus and when I do they have the biggest attitude. They are top tier for the soul purpose of being hot. Do they even have a philanthropy? Do they even own letters? I definitely do not believe that they should be top tier anymore because of their attitudes. Have never met a nice, tri sig that wasn't completely over obsessed and full of herself.
