Comment:  My heart goes out to the sigep boys. Underrated is right! I'm good friends with a group of them and they always had something fun going on this semester, but usually in Carmel and not so much on the beach. I would say they have groups of quieter fellas, but their best group of guys are a ton of fun. If their whole fraternity was like that, or when they recruit a majority of fun guys, they'll be a top house for sure!
