Comment:  I think that DPhiE is one of the strongest well-rounded sororities on campus. They cover the whole nine yards of what one would be looking for in a sorority. I went into rush not knowing anything about this sorority, and came out of it very fond of them and impressed by their sisterhood. All of the girls I know from this sorority are very genuine people, very fun to be around and to party with, but they still balance academics and community service as well. Definitely top tier.
