Comment:  Step 1- be a well rounded rushee with a lot of potential Step 2- get a bid, letters, full member rights, go full tryhard throughout "pledgeship" Step 3- get burned out by junior year, deactivate The sum of the parts is less than the whole. Good guys but no plegeship so no unity. Much more of a upper tier social club than a frat. Getting a bigger house won't change that
