Comment:  This group of guys has to be my favorite on campus. They don't do as much philanthropy as some fraternities, but who joins a fraternity for philanthropy??? Theta Chi parties are easily the biggest on campus. Alcohol is never an issue with them because there is always a surplus at every party/event. I would definitely say top 3 and in a few years they'll run the campus.
