Comment:  The previous post shows how Theta Chi is now frustrating a lot of other top fraternities. They've recruited among the best pledge classes for 3 years straight, have thrown more fun parties than anyone else, are attracting top sorority girls (especially Phi Mu and Pi Phi), and have run IFC for years now. Nobody likes competition, so hate from other top houses will likely continue. It just part of moving up.
