Comment:  This chapter definitely used to be top tier, but in recent years DZ's have become butchy and all they care about is their success rate in athletics. DZ's don't socialize with any of the other chapters and they only party with pikes. A lot of people I know, including myself that they are going down in ranking as Phi Sig and Theta Phi move up. They had to snap bid a ton of girls and still didn't reach campus total. They could gain more status if they weren't so secluded.
