Comment:  I would definitely say that Sig Chi is moving and is one of the top 6-8 fraternities on campus. They're getting back to prominence after being off campus for a while and have only been back since like 08. Been bringing in some really good PCs and they'll be a top 3 house in a few years. Moving in the right direction and fun people.
