Comment:  Back in the day they were in the big three. The big three is pretty much gone now. Besides the fact that 2 are literally kicked off, the "middle" and "upper" tiers have closed their gap significantly. They have pretty good real estate (pumptown and a cabin) and they utilize their basement as well. Phi Delt is changing, just like the rest of the school, but they still have their old reputation and still have the same brotherhood and parties, leaving them in the same boat, year after year
