Comment:  Phi Psi has by far the most gentlemanly and cordial men of any house I've been to. They make a real effort to make sure you're home safe and willingly stop partying to take care of the more dabbed out folks. Their parties are insane, set up is professional, and the guys are great to talk to! This girl loves Phi Psi
