Comment:  The nicest house and is probably in the top 5 when it comes to parties (Beneath SAE, Delt, Fiji, SigEp, and KA) But is completely un-selective during rush and takes everyone's leftovers. Known as either the "creeper" or the "try-hard" fraternity. Not well respected. Top 7 overall, but arguably one of the worst as far as quality of guys and rep with girls
