Comment:  Definitely top tier but not really as much of a top house as they'd like to think. They're very selective during rush & so they get a lot of good looking, wealthy, cool guys. Which makes them really popular with girls. But as a fraternity itself they're not that strong. house is tiny, they have almost no major parties, & the ones they do have are pretty weak. Good fraternity but overrated. As far as quality of guys and rep with girls; top 3. But as a whole they're really nothing special
