Comment:  Pi Phi and Kappa are the most fun, outgoing, down to earth chapters, but Pi Phi is hotter than Kappa. If Mean Girl's was a sorority it would be DG, and their looks are getting worse and worse each year (they can kiss top tier goodbye with that new pledge class). And whoever says Sigma Kappa are "hot" or "top tier" are kidding themselves.
