Comment:  Yes they've improved. No, they're not SAE. Think of it this way: Chi Psi was on life support until SAE died, and then Chi Psi got a liver transplant from SAE and got out of the frat hospital. That doesn't make Chi Psi become what SAE was. Some guys who would've pledged SAE went here last year, others went elsewhere. If they get 2 or 3 solid pledge classes, then you can start calling them the new SAE. Until then, we'll see.
