Comment:  I know about 10-15 Pi Phi's and they're all sweet and smart. The chapter is really close-knit and doesn't really care about impressing anyone. They're focused on their sisterhood, which is much more noble of a goal than most other sororities here. They get a bad rep, but they've been improving so much. Tier doesn't matter to them because they have genuine friendships that are worth way more.
