Comment:  One of the top houses at KU. All of the negative ranks are from Kappa Deltas who feel intimidated by GPhis for whatever reason. They take a lot of girls from KC but there are many out of towners as well. I find it hard to strike up an intelligent conversation with many of these girls, but overall they seem very sweet. I met a few in a class I had last semester and I would see them at the hawk and they would be so nice to me and ask me how I was doing. Not my favorite house, but top for a reason.
