Comment:  Although there are a lot of great things to be said about Chi Psi, the fact remains, none of my friends or I have even HEARD of a Chi Psi party happening in the past two years. I honestly thought they were an academic frat until halfway through my freshman year. I'm sorry, but you are lower tier if no-one has even heard of a Chi Psi party.
