Comment:  Lots of hate on this house. But from someone who actually knows a lot of them and is basing a rank on reality rather than assumptions, the hate is largely unwarranted. Do they have issues? Sure. Every house does. But they have been working very hard to make improvements. This is not a house on the decline. It is a house on the rise, that is working through some difficulties and will come out stronger as a result.
