Comment:  I have never met a Chi O that wasn't from Mississippi. Even in the exclusive houses, there are plenty of girls from out of state. Chi O's are still basically in high school & because of this, they have a really strong sisterhood. So strong, in fact, that you NEVER see them after rush! They were top tier in the past but have gone downhill with recent pledge classes.
