Comment:  Top tier, but just barely. Probably top 4 or 5. Way overrated. They've been improving but most the guys still look and act really weird and they really need to start being more selective. The only think they really have going for them is a big social budget, but if it wasn't for that they'd honestly probably be in the same boat as Sigma Chi
