Comment:  Was one of the best by far, but as for who is #1 now, that cannot be decided as easy any longer. Too many groups have made their way into the top line-up. While there are at least 5 groups that depend on their legacies for top pledge classes, there are about 5 or 6 more that have risen in the past 2-3 years without strong legacy pledging.
