Comment:  Beta rarely throws bangers due to their main party house having no yard as it is an apartment above subway. Their Real fraternity House is nice and sometimes is the only reason kids rush, creating poor brotherhood. They also finished near the bottom for homecoming. These guys are the definition of mediocrity, but you will be able to find some nice guys within the walls of beta.
