Comment:  Kappa Delta is HOT. Their new pledge class is really changing their tier ranking. From the years past I have watched them grow with each year. This sorority is definitely considered in the top three. With the way they have been doing this year I only see them continuing to rise. No doubt they will be number one soon. These girls are the total package! Sweet, classy, beautiful, and most of all NOT STUCK UP.
