Comment:  midtier and falling fast, will need several rush miracles to bring alpha del back to its glory days. their parties are mediocre at best, their brothers generally aren't creepy or touchy which is a welcome breath of fresh air, but they often treat girls like foreign species. house is lovely and has a nice pool table to boot, brothers are very involved in several different activities/clubs, but they will continue to lose relevancy as long as they keep giving bids to horribly awkward tame boys.
