Comment:  Phi Psi is probably the best chapter on campus for guys. Them or Phi Delts. Phi Psi has an off campus house that was so much fun until our dean of students ruined it but sometimes they still have parties. They have a great brotherhood that is really close. And they always win lip sync and greek week.
