Comment:  Don't seem to recruit guys who will fit in together. Small chapter who doesn't get involved on campus. New house but only use the back deck to smoke cigs, parties aren't fun because of the lack of guys. With Phi Delt getting a new house can easily be the worst on campus next fall. These guys are a long way away from being anything.
