Comment:  Phi Tau has definitely been making moves lately...I heard some things about them freshman year and now that I'm graduating this spring it's kinda cool to see how they've changed. They're a decent size now and go just as hard if not harder than other fraternities for some philanthropies. My sisters and I always have a good time with them
