Comment:  Quite simply doesn't belong in the top 5. They have a nice house and had their first good party this semester, that doesn't mean they're suddenly top tier. Still had a long way to go as far as bidding quality guys, shedding their bad rep, and locking down good connections with sororities. Middle tier but definitely leading it
