Comment:  The only reason they aren't viewed as top tier is because of their sorority relations. Yes that is a huge part of being a good fraternity, but they just don't seem to care at all. When it comes to their house they have the best. Their parties are easily some of the funnest. And they are a huge part of IFC. But really bad sorority relations. Just seem to care more about getting black out every party.
