Comment:  House is nice but not nice enough to be a selling point. Doesn't come anywhere close to Sigma Chi's. New pledge class is better than their older ones, but that's not saying much. Guys still don't compare to other top tiers. Parties are pretty average honestly, SAE just self ranks a lot to make them seem better. Definitely a solid frat but you're kidding yourself if you think they're #2. Rounds out the bottom of the top 5
