Comment:  Theta Chi is the top house. They throw the best parties and have the best looking guys. Very selective, quality over quantity, they usually cut around half of their pledge class and have the hardest pledging process. Although there are definitely some douche bags, they are a nice group of guys if you get to know them. Real men, no soft kids to be found here
