Comment:  Basically the frat of guys that you want to date. Not a whole lot of diversity, with a lot of athletes. The guys that have that are not white are pretty hot. Could throw more open parties. Location sucks but have great late nights. My friends are into a lot of the delt guys so they definitely do well. Unfortunate history with the fire but is definitely on the rise. Think smaller, more athletic PiKapp.
