Comment:  Sig Ep lies at the tail end of the middle tier. They are a bit too much with how fratty they try to look (similar to Fiji). They haven't really stood out as a fraternity with either parties or philanthropies. They have a dwindling handful of ZTAs who come to their parties and with the exceptions of maybe Phi Mu and AST they are laughed at by sororities.
