Comment:  Most of Chi O's girls are very strong, independent, and intelligent. Most of the girls understand their limits when it comes to partying. They do only have one philanthropy event which seems like it limits their potential, but their sisterhood is strong and very involved. I don't think that Chi O should be on the bottom as their strength in classiness and sisterhood overcome many sororities with drama.
