Comment:  Chi O is very strong nationally, but that does not apply to this chapter. They are not very fun or popular or good looking. They've recruited poorly past couple of years and now have a weird mix of girls who do not seem to get along and get cliquey. BUT, they seem to recruited much better this year. They are obviously trying VERY HARD to change their image... just see yourself at their efforts at lip sync.
