Comment:  A very middle tier frat. none of these guys are fratty at all. Seems like a bunch of random dudes thrown together in a fraternity. The parties are ok, but they suck in the winter because the inside of the house is so small and everyone gets stuck in the cold outside. Alot of the older brothers have been leaving because there is alot of drama surrounding the fraternity. Overall, not a bad house, but the definition of a middle tier house at CU.
