Comment:  Probably the best of what the mid tier's got to offer. I'd say tied with ZBT and KA for the #1 fraternity in the mid tier. They won't be top tier with their current situation though. Steps for improvement 1. Take a strong spring class and have one of the best roundups (Very well known for mekong and delts of hazzard but having a good roundup that can be prepared by a good PC will strengthen the chapter) 2. Follow it up by taking a stronger fall class (45-55) 3. Get a new house or improve current
