Comment:  I will try to keep this nice. It can't be too positive. Stay in the dorm and save some money as well as your dignity. Ask around and check out the campus vibe on these gems. A bunch of alumni fossils cling to the place so your first impression might be its a senior rest home but it's just some guys who never grew up and don't want to go home to the Mrs or the kids. They never update their website or any social media. Speaks volumes. Did you know Woodrow Wilson was a Phi Psi? Enough said
