Comment:  It's obvious that Beta is not the top fraternity here at USC but this year they have made a name for themselves with their events, especially their tailgates. All of the Beta boys I have met are courteous but also know how to have a good time and the majority of their younger brothers are pretty dang attractive. Definitely on the rise
