Comment:  They're rising. Probably going to be like Alpha Phi and become a middle tier within the next couple years bc of their new house. Below average on looks typically but this new pledge class really surprised me, not bad at all. Don't have very many philanthrophy events and don't see them out at parties often but they're not going to be bottom tier for long
