Comment:  As far as I'm concerned Pi Phi is a top tier sorority here at ODU and the past few years they've only imported their involvement on campus They used to not show up that much but now I see their letters everywhere. I don't know much about Fall 14 but all the girls I've met are very outgoing and friendly And theyre pretty cute girls
