Comment:  I continue to see photos of Chi O's and can't help but wonder why they are sometimes considered a top house. All I can think of is the girls have lots of money, last names that mean something in Oklahoma, or really good grades because they sure don't have the looks or the personalities. I actually feel sorry for them in that they are not at all what they think they are. Definite middle tier.
