Comment:  Sigma Kappa is unquestionably the bottom most house. They were just reinstated in 2009. That being said, look at what happened to gphi, what used to be a bottom tier house back in the day, now is debatably top tier. Just keep winning stuff (Derby Nights) and recruiting cute girls Noche, Chloe Strasser, etc and working hard. It'll take time, but DG and Alpha Phi aren't set in stone, tri delta is for sure not.
