Comment:  They didn't not make quota because they "started recruiting for personality". They didn't make quota because they didn't invite enough girls back for pref night in a bout of insane over confidence. Not enough of the girls they called back for pref actually chose them, so they were under quota. Stop trying to make yourselves look like a martyr, DG. It's not attractive. What happened to you was embarrassing, own up to it.
