Comment:  It's pretty obvious that some guy with nothing better to do just wrote a bunch of negative reviews in a row. Sig Pi is not at all a bottom tier fraternity, they have swaps, and have some of the best rush parties. Everyone knows the house isn't the best. That is the only thing people can bash on them for. Put the guys into the sigma nu house and they would be the best on campus without a doubt. A fraternity house is a place to party and these guys know how to party. Solid middle tier fraternity.
