Comment:  The majority of the ratings on this site for Sigma Pi are done by Sigma Pi. That's why they have a higher rating than all the top tiers. Sigma Pi is the bottom of the bottom. While they are very affordable, they get no respect. They take everybody that gets cut from everywhere else. These are the most nonfrat guys I have ever seen and some of the goofiest too. Their house is disgusting. A lot of the guys have no manners, but there are some okay ones. The guys are very awkward.
