Comment:  Delt used to suck. We all know that. Their Seniors are bad, their juniors are pretty good, their sophomores still getting better, but their freshman class is pretty strong. They have a good combination of smart guys and hot guys. I'm not saying their top house, but they have way more potential than a lot of houses, and they care about improving. They are the type of guys that will continue to improve.
